What do you do at member meetings?
Member meetings are informal. They are an opportunity to meet like-minded people. Most meetings feature an auction where buying and selling opportunities are available. Presentations are given by members on a variety of subjects related to telephone and sound equipment. Members also display their recently acquired or refurbished items of equipment as well as displaying items related to the theme of the meeting. For those questions you always wanted answered, or for any item of equipment you wanted identified, you will likely find a member who can supply an answer or lead you towards one. The overall intent is that you go home looking forward to the next meeting.
Where and when are member meetings held?
Meetings are held as follows...
Sydney:
at the G.E. Snow Community Hall, 73 Batt Street, Sefton on the third Friday of January, March, May, July, September and November starting at 7:15pm.
Brisbane:
at various venues around Brisbane as advised on the third Saturday of January, March, May, July, September and November usually starting at 2:00pm.
