Regular meetings of the NSW Group are held in Sydney on the third Friday of January, March, May, July, September and November starting at 7.15pm at the G E Snow Hall, Sefton Community Centre, Batt St near cnr. Hector St, Sefton.

November 2020 Annual General Meeting
Friday 18th September 2020 - 7:15pm
at the Sefton Community Centre, Batt St near Hector St, Sefton
Theme: Norwegian Telephones (Kristiana, etc.).
Sunday 13th December from 11am
at the home of Bob and Julie Berry at Exeter (in the Southern Highlands).

2;- 4 sq metre space for each person. The hall allows for 30 people only.
3;- You must pre-register with Society Secretary Bob Mills on phone 02 4754 1161 or Mobile: 0408 485 281 or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org if you intend to come. Remember the hall capacity is 30 persons - first in, first served basis.
4;- if you are sick, have cold like symptoms etc. please do not come as you WILL NOT be allowed access.
5;- Touch as little as possible. You will be given disposable gloves and hand wash will be everywhere. You must use it.
6;- As most members are in the high risk zone everyone MUST wear a face mask [not the Zoro type] for their own protection. These will not be provided, you must bring your own.
7;- Toilets [male and female] and the kitchen are limited to 1 person only at a time. Witches hats will indicate if vacant.
8;- Furniture will be placed out and must not be moved. Please select one chair for your exclusive use during the night.
9;- No congregating in the car park before, during or after the meeting. Wait in your car until the hall is opened after cleaning and preparation.
10;- Everyone must sign in at the door on arrival on the form provided with contact details and arrival and departure time. Sign in BEFORE you bring items into the hall for show & tell, auction, etc.
11;- There will not be a raffle or supper charge.
12;- All auction items must be in separate plastic bags or boxes and will be separated on tables to prevent undue handling. Use gloves when handling and try to keep a safe distance.
13;- The Covid 19 Safety Plan and the Covid 19 Safety Plan Letter of Approval will be available for your perusal at the meeting.
14;- There are other requirements imposed on the use of the hall and public gatherings we must adhere too. You we be informed of these at a later date. If we do not adhere strictly to all these conditions and an inspection is made then we will be closed down and we will be issued with a significant fine.
